Firefoods Firemite Chilli Sauce Review
Firefoods suggest that Firemite sauce as a combination of Marmite and Twiglets; we think that there's no better way of describing it than hot "umami" in a bottle.
With a striking, lingering and flavoursome bite, this hot and salty chilli sauce has a slightly bread-like taste. It's a "whole mouth" warming experience, certainly hotter than McIlhenny Tabasco, but only a few degrees or so.
It's a simple equation of (marmite + minced chillies) and it adds up to a day-to-day sauce that is great on, well, anything!
