David's Chilli Oil
David produces chilli oils just outside Stow-on-the-Wold. He uses locally harvested, cold-pressed rape seed oil and combines this with chillies grown at a local chilli farm.
David's Chilli Oil is rich and intensely flavoured, having a selection of exotic ingredients, which create a perfect balance of heat and flavour. The oil has a wide range of uses, include drizzling over hot or cold food, cooking, marinating or simply for dipping!
David started two years ago at West Dean's Chilli Fest and now frequentss many of the UK's festivals, including the Benington Lordship Gardens, The Lakes Chilli Fest at Levens Hall and Waddesdon Manor.
