Manchester Chilli Festival 2011

The second Manchester Chilli Lovers Fair & Festival will be held on Friday 7th October, at Festival Hub, Manchester.
The opening day extravaganza will feature the UK's finest chilli producers and retailers, with many products ranging from chilli beer to chilli peppers, plants and seeds through to chilli jams, pickles and everything in between.
The Manchester festival will be a chance for chilli retailers to sell and sample produce to a discerning audience, all in the realms of one of the most well regarded Food Festivals in the UK.
The Chilli Festival will be marketed as the launch event for the activities taking place on the first day of the Food Festival.
One of the highlight features of the event will be a Chilli Eating Competition, which will take place at 6.30pm. This will be open to the public to take part and test their tolerance!
