Fiery Foods UK Chilli Festival 2013

The Fiery Foods UK Chilli Festival for 2013 will again be held at Victoria Gardens, Brighton on the 20th-22nd September.
Competitions ....
Sunday: Amateur Sauce Contest for those of you who make the best chilli sauce in the world, now is your chance to enter and let the professionals judge your product.
Friday: Human vs Fire contest - try our fiery feast where the points are in scovilles, and points mean ... pain and fame, well pain mostly.
Saturday & Sunday: FFUK Infamous Chilli-eating Contests - the contest which just keeps getting hotter! Will Reuben win again or will Daniel take it to the furthest reaches of the chillisphere? Will Andy the Hat come out of chilli-eating retirement to win for the 4th year running? Or will YOU be the illustrious winner this year?
Please note lists are now closed for both days of the chilli-eating contests - but please come and cheer on the contestants!
Saturday: National Chilli Awards 2013: This festival would not be possible without all the wonderful chilli companies around the country who bring their chilli products into the world for the enjoyment of people like you so the National Chilli Awards celebrates the UK chilli industry. Come and support your favourite chilli company!
Also see the BBQ competitions brought to you by International BBQ Network and the UK chilli cook-off ... so come and show off your culinary skills. If you don't want to do it yourself, the FFUK chefs are on hand to show you how. First to confirm and back for a 3rd year is Dany Lamote from Baja California, Mexico bringing you the best in Mexican fusion cooking.
