Fiery Foods UK Festival, Brighton

Back at Victoria Gardens for a 3rd year, the Fiery Foods Festival in Brighton will be bigger and better than ever before, with more live music, more cookery demos and the essential fiery stalls.
Entry is from 10am - 6pm daily and costs £3.00 or £1.00 for concessions.
As part of the National Chilli Awards for 2010, amateur hot sauce makers will enter their own home-made chilli products. Sauces, pickles, chutneys or something different - cake, pasta & alcohol.
